Schedule (18.5 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 2.5 hours
- Sunday: 1 hour
Position Summary
Provide personal care assistance to an adult male client who uses a wheelchair. The morning shift prepares the client for his day program; the evening shift assists him after he returns home and prepares him for bed.

Duties
- Assist with dressing and undressing
- Assist with safe transfers into and out of the wheelchair
- Provide incontinence care, including cleaning, changing, and skin checks
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene as needed
- Prepare the client for his daycare program in the morning and for bed in the evening
- Maintain a clean, safe personal care area
- Clock in and out through the electronic visit verification system at each shift
- Document care provided on the client task sheet
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance for both daily shifts
- Ability to safely assist with transfers and support the physical demands of the role
- Comfortable providing incontinence and personal hygiene care
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Prior personal care, CNA, or home care experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
